Refunds & Returns

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so in accordance with the following process: 

• Taylor Boardshort Co must be notified by email (contact@taylorboardshorts.com.au within 28 days of the order being placed
• Product must be unworn and returned in the original condition
• Product must have all tags, including any Taylor Boardshort Co hangtags, attached
• All returns must include the original packaging
• Product must be returned to by post to the Taylor Boardshort Co nominated address by the customer
• In the event that the customer receives the wrong product or changes their mind on which size they would like, Taylor Boardshort Co will allow for an exchange of products in the same style as originally ordered
• Discounted items cannot be returned for a refund
• The purchaser will return the item at their own cost, we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter
• Taylor Boardshort Co does not allow for refunds in the event that the customer no longer wants the product they have purchased, only exchanges
